It's summer and it's hot. There's nothing like cooling off with a fruity drink whipped up in the blender and now Hamilton Beach has made it super easy for you to blend and GO!
I recently had the opportunity to try out their new Thermal Cooler Blender and I have to say I was impressed at how versatile it really is. It's perfect for playing outside with my son. No more having to run inside the house numerous times to get a drink for us. This would also be great if you have a child involved in sports or even to carry to work.
SPECS:
The rugged 48-ounce thermal jar has a convenient handle for carrying. It folds out of the way for adding ingredients or pouring. The screw-top lid has a foldaway, pour-through spout. Two “plus” models offer an extra plastic jar or a glass jar in addition to the thermal cooler jar.
The Hamilton Beach® Thermal Cooler Blender is as powerful as it is convenient. It has a 500-watt peak-power motor with 10 speeds. Cleanup is a breeze. The blades, plastic or glass jar, and screw-top lid are all dishwasher safe.
The new Hamilton Beach Thermal Cooler Blender is available at K-Mart as well as online at www.hamiltonbeach.com/blenderreview.
I have a Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender (pictured above) to give away to one lucky Mommy Cracked reader.

Parents are showing more affection to their kids than their parents showed them, and dads are especially more affectionate now. Families today are feeling increased stress and anxiety due to the economy, however, 81% of parents who report feeling increased stress also say that the weakened economy has made their family closer. More than four in five dads (84%) surveyed show their kids more physical affection – like hugs – than their parents did with them (vs. 78% of moms). Parents report hugging and kissing their kids, on average, six times a day. The benefits of touch to the family include: strengthening family bonds (83%); providing comfort (77%) and reassurance (75%); and helping them reduce stress (57%), according to parents surveyed.
This is according to the “Make Every Touch Count” survey, sponsored by Lever 2000, which invites families to share photos of their favorite family moments that showcase how their family embraces the power of touch for a chance to win great prizes. Submit photos to www.makeeverytouchcount.com. Winners get a professional photo shoot and to be featured in a Lever 2000 advertisement, among other prizes. In addition, each submission helps Lever 2000 support the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, which provides safe places and positive programs for kids and helps them develop close personal bonds.
Would you like a chance to win a Flip Ultra 230 video camera in white or silver worth $149.99? They've generously offered one of these to one lucky Mommy Cracked reader.
